Pierre Marcolini whose name is already famed among discerning chocoholics, is Belgian by nationality and Italian by origin. Established since 1995, Marcolini has chocolate boutiques in Belgium, Paris, Tokyo, Nagoya, London and New York, where his creations of the perfect truffles, desserts, biscuits, ice creams and sorbets fly off the rack! He blends together flavours that no one could ever have dreamed of like pralines infused with cinnamon, clove, coriander and nutmeg, milk chocolate with an Earl Grey tea, centre or even a truffle milk chocolate ganache infused with Champagne from Saint Martin D'Ablois covered in chocolate and rolled in a fine powdered sugar.
