SPECTACULAR VILLA PIEDS DANS L'EAU

by - 10:01

This prestigious pieds dans l’eau villa, designed by renowned Architect Vietti, is part of the history of the glamorous Emerald Coast. It was built in the 1960s and later turned into the guesthouse of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, one of the world’s most prominent, by the Aga Khan, seeing a steady flow of celebrities and business leaders. When the Yachting Club extended its structural development, the guest house was put up for sale and purchased by the current owners. In a garden of approximately 4000 square meters, the villa spans an area of 800 square meters of living space and is now divided into 3 units. The dwelling is very well kept and built on two levels according to the traditional Sardinian style; attention for details, exquisite finishes and the uniqueness of the environment characterize the property with a spectacular continuity of gardens and terraces, indoor and outdoor spaces, making the boundary between the Villa and the water almost indiscernible.
